Great, When It Works – I’ve had to replace over 10 of these controllers due to quality control issues. Geek Squad Replacement Plan is essential with this product. When it works, its great, but be prepared for stick drift, dropped inputs, grip peeling, and disconnects ~6 months into the controller’s lifespan.

Best Buy’s “Geek squad” sell broken controllers. – I received a refurbished Xbox elite series 2 controller for Christmas, I was absolutely over the moon about it. Then the next day all the flaws were revealed. The controller and case were FILTHY, which what looked like dandruff and skin cells coated the inside and the controller itself. Then I noticed that the controller’s left bumper button only works like a 1/4 of the time. Not to mention, one of the back paddles they included didn’t work in the least amount. Overall, don’t buy this refurbished controller, instead buy an elite series two core controller and spend maybe $15-20 on the accessories. Goon squad, you failed to clean and catch these very large issues. Would give 0/5 if I could.
