Fantastic – The Sony PULSE Explore earbuds are a great choice for anyone who wants gaming earbuds that sound good and are easy to use. I’ve been impressed with the sound quality, especially when playing games where you need to hear small details like footsteps, gunshots, or background sounds.
The earbuds are also comfortable for longer gaming sessions. They come with different ear tip sizes, which makes it easier to find a good fit. The case is compact and makes carrying and charging them convenient.
Only downsides are the price and that they can start issues after <2 years of constant use (they are my daily carry, so probably the low end)

Loud and clear & easy to use for the most part – The biggest issue is comfort. I’ve noticed mild to moderate pain after having these stuck in after a long gaming session (about 4 hours or more). If you have smaller ear canals best to steer clear of these, otherwise you have a decent set of earbuds with good bass and clear treble with three 5-band customizable EQ options, and 2 presets. These headsets obviously work best with PS5, but a neat party trick is pairing them to another BT enabled device to mix all your game audio with audio from another device. It seems dumb at first but it can be nice when spending a lot of time playing Gran Turismo 7 when you want to hear more than your car’s engine and road noise… just for example.
Personally, I’ve mixed three tracks at once; game audio piped in from the PS5, of course, with Music and YT video’s audio, from podcasts not on Spotify, delivered from my phone all mixed through the Pulse Explore headset. It’s a shame that there’s no great way to control these headsets using your phone alone though. Don’t get these as a replacement for normal BT headsets though they will technically work fine you lose so much flexibility and even with a PS5 these are not the world’s most customizable buds. Definitely worth it if you don’t like wearing cans and don’t play for long stretches though.
Battery life is fair, not as good as the most expensive options out there, but better than 4 hours.

Great not so great – I own a pair wife own pair love them mostly convince. She like bc she wears glasses. Now we both dislike bc of range and disconnecting issue. Also if you own a pro the usb is only on back not so great with heat. I bought usb adapters have switch every port possible to see if connection issue/range issue is coming from that no luck. Id would of recommended them a year ago now not so much i switch to sony inzones. There issue there with settings but that adaptable.im currently looking at steel series earbuds for wife. If your pc gaming and up on your desk top these would probably be fine anything pass about 2 ft to left right 3 ft in frobt NOT SO MUCH. AND YES THAT HOW WEIRD THE RANGE BECAME

Sony Pulse earbuds – They work great! Sound quality is really good as well. Only thing is the microphone isn’t amazing on console but they’re earbuds so you can’t expect a boom mic quality but all in all they’re awesome.

Sony PULSE Explore Wireless Gaming Earbuds – Great earbuds for PS5 gaming. The sound is clear and detailed, they’re comfortable to wear, and the wireless connection works well for gaming. I also like being able to connect to Bluetooth at the same time. Overall, a solid choice if you want something more compact than a traditional gaming headset.

Great sound, bad comfort – I got these specifically for the portal. They sound great. But the stock earbuds are definitely painful for my ears. I ended up buying some replacement silicone buds from Amazon and use those. They sound way better now. I would recommend anyone buying these headphones to look at replacement earbuds from third-party sellers on Amazon.

Sony Pulse Explore Wireless Earbuds PS5 White – Got white, but I wish I waited for the black colorway. It’s cool b/c it can connect to my ps5 plus another device via Bluetooth at the same time – nice for watching sports and playing video games.
Ear piece kinds hurts my ear if I wear it for a long time. My airpods fit much better.
