Did not work AT ALL from day one. – I received my refurbished ps5 about a week after I ordered. It came in decent packaging, the controller looked clean and felt new, the system had minor cosmetic issues like a greasy film around the buttons, probably from people touching it, the hdmi port was wobbly. When I plugged it in to turn it on, a single beep came from the console, but no flashing light, noise indication it was working. I troubleshoot the issues and nothing worked at all. Didn’t even get a chance to use it once. I ended up having to return it.

Misleading, covered in lint, cover wouldnt stay on – I wanted the PS5 disc version which this image shows and description mentions. They sent me a digital only version which had lint all on the inside and a cover that would not stay on. Not the usual refurbished quality I was used to from Best Buy. Then, customer service was horrible since you can’t call a storefront these days, so couldn’t find if what I wanted was actually in stock. Returned it immediately and there was no apology or offer to check if what I actually ordered was in stock by the employee so I took my money elsewhere.

Good Value – Got a refurbished PS5 that works great! The only complaint is that the controller they gave me holds a charge for about 20 minutes then dies. Could be a software glitch on the controller and there are ways to reset them. Overall very happy.

Ps5 Bluetooth does not work – I purchased a refurbished PS5, and unfortunately, the Bluetooth connection to the controller doesn’t work. The only way I can use the controller is by keeping it connected directly to the console with a USB cable. For a refurbished system, I expected it to be fully functional, so this is disappointing. While the console itself works, having to play with a wired controller instead of being able to use it wirelessly is inconvenient. I’m disappointed with the condition and because I didn’t figure this problem out in 15 days they won’t even fix it.
