Poor customer service, lousy installation – This poor review reflects dissatisfaction with the purchase itself and then installation. The store did not have the game and said it would be mailed to me. When it did not arrive, I was told the salesman had not entered the sale as an item to be mailed. To correct their error, I had to drive 65 miles round trip to make the correction in person. When at the store, this was accomplished in less than 2 minutes without my having to sign anything or do anything which required my presence. When I said this was exceptionally poor customer service, the clerk explained that the software required my return and apologized. For a company specializing in electronics and computers, this is horrible service. On installation, the game appeared to freeze on demanding I start a personal account with 2K, a process that required their validating my email. Their email validation process took over 2 hours. The game itself played fine once that hurdle was cleared.

Great golf game – Great game. It can actually help with your game in real life in some aspects if you are a beginner. Like the mechanics.

Fun game. – The package and case containing the game arrived in good condition. The game itself is only around 30-40 gigabytes which is very low considering how decent the graphics are. Gameplay and progression are fun, some people complain about the “grind” and item shop forcing you to buy in game currency but that hasn’t been a problem, I feel like the game rewards you fairly and I have progressed at a reasonable pace. Overall it’s an enjoyable game.
