Very compact and convenient – Works with all my rog ally and Xbox versions, it’s very compact and practical

Dock charger – It gets too hot and being connected for too long disconnects the device

minty – This block is REQUIRED for any Rog Ally owner. Makes for seamless integration to monitors, tvs, and so on.Now you have a portable pc with a scren built into it.

Not worth it at all – Use for my Rog ally & a 3rd party one with Ethernet is way better for a 3rd of the price, this thing constantly flickers through the hdmi output makes it hard to really enjoy anything without getting frustrated & I actually really like my rog ally thought a product from the same company would fulfill my needs in a better way sadly I was mistaken

It works. – It does what it needs to do. Just plug in the cables and it works.

Does not work for ROG ALLY – It doesn’t charge the ASUS ROG ALLY Z1E, even though technically it’s made for it.

Dont buy – When i plug it in. The darn thing sparks on the metal prongs where it rotates. While it charging it randomly wil stop working if i can get it working at all.

Overheats and flickers – I have the weaker 60w version and it works great but this larger one has issues keep a steady display and gets crazy hot to the touch.

Dangerous device – I bought this about five months ago and was excited about its diversity in uses as not only a charger, but a quick ability for me to plug into a tv through HDMI while traveling for work. It’s also compact so I can store it in the little pouch in my case and charge when flying. Shortly after a couple uses I started having issues with it falling completely out of power sockets once it gets a little warm. I’ve completely given up using it in the airplane sockets. Even if I am able to hold the charger in the socket with my leg or a bag, if it is not a perfect flush fit it won’t charge at all. After all of that, my favorite part is the sparks it throws from the prongs. You’ve got to make sure the fit into the socket is perfect and it doesn’t move at all because if you don’t get it right it will spark wildly throwing them up to 6” from the device. Which is the other reason I opted not to use this on a plane full of people at 5 miles high…… If you have already purchased this device I would not recommend leaving it plugged in unattended as it may start a fire.
In the end this product offered everything I wanted and would have been perfect if not for the flaw in its rotating prongs.

Great Travel Dock – This small dock is great for traveling and it fits in the premium case. It’s a must have if you are on the go and want to use a TV to play your game!

100 w charger – Charges my asus rog xbox ally very fast, and it is reliable

Returned due to overheating issues – The product would heat up to the point it was not safe to touch and would stop charging the ROG Xbox Ally X at about 65%. After 30-60 minutes of cooling it might start charging again. I have replaced it with a 100W Anker Charger and had no issues with charging while gaming on full power.

100W BEAST – Love my beast of a charger. Powers everything i need plugged in to my Ally. Also use it on my s25 ultra.

Fire hazard – This item shocked me and put me in the hospital i was 3 days away from the 30 day best buy return window i contacted Asus they insisted on sending a replacement the replacement did the same thing so naturally I contacted Asus and told them i want a refund

Charges fine – Charges just fine, I can’t get it to do video out with the original ROG Ally Z1 Extreme. You can get 100w charges a whole lot cheaper than this thing. If the video out worked, or you have a new ROG Ally, this maybe the move for you to make.

Great performance – Realiable fast charging and HDMI to tv works perfectly fine

Does not play well with all other devices – Dont buy if you intend to charge other devices. It works as advertised with the ROG Ally devices with 100w charging and all. It does not play well with other devices when the initials “handshake” occurs between them. It charges all other devices at thier lowest voltage. When trying to charge my anker battery bank, it wouldnt get above 12w when it supports inputs up to 100w. I tried updating to the newest firmware and found it didnt resolve a single issue. I only used the charging cable that with it. Super overpriced for only working as intended on a single product. Dont wait like me to return it thinking ASUS might fix it.

100$ still sucks – Another unreliable crap product that’s over priced most this should be is 50 dollars the amount of times it disconnects is unreal. Come ASUS get real this product sucks.

Asus dock – I can finally use my Asus rog ally on a monitor now which is good, but the problem with this is , it’s so high voltage that it will spark some outlets that don’t have enough power
