Great little adapter depending on your needs – If you want an affordable, fast, stable gigabit LAN adapter for Windows, this works very well. I’ve had mixed results with Linux. Works great on some distros and not too well on others.

Returned it to get a mini dock – I liked the fact that I could easily plug an ethernet cable into it, however, it was more optimal for me to return it and get a mini dock instead because I ended up needing additional ports along with having the ethernet cable attached to my laptop. I would still recommend this product if all you need it for is to connect a laptop to an ethernet cable.
