Keyboard and mouse – The quality is excellent, extremely comfortable and easy to use. I was even able to connect everything myself. Based on several others I have purchased this is by far worth the greater investment. I really owe the keyboard and mouse to the Best Buy Salesperson who recommended it to me. I use it for my business in my home office. with both of my Best Buy purchased laptops.

Poor quality. Avoid – Worked well when it did work, but unfortunately after a little over a month of use, the w key is failing. Shame that they price this thing at $100 only for it to be terrible quality. Save your money and buy something else.

So So – Seemed OK, when I first installed it. But not long after I started having issues. The mouse is fine, although it was challenging to figure out how to program all of the (too many) button options. Thanks to YouTube for guidance because the manufacturer certainly gave no guidance in the package.
The keyboard frequently seems to lose connection resulting in nothing transmitting when typing, then suddenly rapidly repeats the most recent key hit and often the only way to stop it is to shut off the keyboard and let it re-connect. In fact, it happened just as I was typing this. In another few weeks, when I have time, I’ll try to trouble shoot it, but as of now, I’m planning to trash it and replace it.

Keystrokes failure – Still having an issue with key entries after setting up keyboard & mouse combo. Everything appears fine and mouse is responding properly…until I try to type or key in text…doesn’t recognize any key strokes. Tried calling customer support. After 35 minutes of messaging with recorded messaging (AI?), was transfered to tech support. A pop-up screen wanted my full name, address, phone number, credit/debit card info for paying technical support fee. It is a brand new purchase. I terminated the conversation. I could recommend this product had it not been for the lack (failure of) keystrokes not working; but not under its current inoperative condition,
