iPad Screen Condition is Crap! – Best Buy misrepresented the condition of this product. It’s refurbished but the screen is crap with scratches and pitting everywhere, as if the previous owner used to lay it down screen down all the time. I didn’t notice until I got home and now my absolutely perfect trade in is gone, so I can’t return it!

DO NOT BUY – If I could give no stars I would. I dont know who checks these devices before selling but they need to be fired and the workers at best buy. I ordered as a gift and when it was finally opened for use, it did not charge up. Took back to best buy for an exchange and they told me that I couldnt and that i had only a couple days to bring it back. How can i bring something back so quick that was a gift. So now im in a lost of money and ipad that doesn’t turn on because you can charge it.
