Poor Experience – Product didn’t work. After a month of single digit download speeds, I finally gave up on this product. Due to Best Buy’s 15-day return window, I’m now stuck with this product and wasted over $300. I purchased a different router and everything’s fine now, but I still have a $300 paperweight that I can’t do anything with.

Great Product – This is a solid product. A bit expensive however it has a very specific purpose…if you have Comcast/Xfinity phone service as well as internet it has the required ports.
I replaced a modem with combined router, so a user needs to be aware this is a modem only with phone port. We used an eero router and added a Netgear switch and everything worked out fine.
