  2. Dee4 (verified owner) –

Gaming headset – My son has this headset! They are well made, the sound is good, according to my son “mom please ONLY buy me this headset from now on”

  3. JenniferL (verified owner) –

Headphones – I use these for work. I took a few to get used to the over the ear kind. Felt strange. Great sound quality. I am pleased with my purchase.

  4. Verified Buyer (verified owner) –

Headphones Working great. – The headphones are very good, it really is a gift I gave, the person who is using it is very happy with the headphones, for the moment everything works perfect.

  5. JamesT (verified owner) –

New gamer – Works great im mew to haming and they work well good bang for the buck

  6. TroyP (verified owner) –

Good Headset, a touch over priced – It’s a solid headset. The battery life is quite dependable so far. I havent tested out mic yet, i thought it was cool it came with the pop filter cover for it.
    Pros-
-It’s loud! I keep them at about 35-45 playing FPS games
    -Good Battery Life
    -Looks great, not too heavy
    -Connects Quick
    -Wireless

    Cons-
-Not that great of bass, almost sounds cheap
-After a couple hours, the outer part of the ear will get sore from touching the inside of cup

Overall- I feel like I went sideways in terms of an “upgrade” from my Razer Kraken Pros that i bought almost 10 years ago (back when razer was good). Those headphones still sound great and immersive! But those are still analog and corded so I’ve accidentally ripped those off my head a couple times. And the mic is shorted out ( i dont use it much but i wanted the option to do so if needed so i got these) The Kraken Pros from 10 years ago were $80 so about $10 difference from these. Huge let down with these in terms of sound quality, but you get used to it quick. Give and take upgrade for me. I could have still rocked my old headphones and bought a desk mic, but im still happy with the wireless

Christmas gift for College Son – These were a gift for my son for Christmas. When I asked him what he thought about them this is what he said, “They are the most comfortable headset he has worn and he really loves the adjustable mic.”

  8. EstalinaH (verified owner) –

10/10 recommend – Honestly I love the quality of the headphones. I have glasses and most headphones hurt from the pressure, not these at all! And the sound quality is amazing. And I love that these pair with my Nintendo Switch. The charge time is great on these I usually charge for about an hour and they last quite a few hours.

Lets get the rates ok track here. – Why three stars? Do you even know what a five-star rating is? Three stars isn’t bad but it’s not great either, it’s more like average. Ratings these days are misleading and inflated, they should include decimal ratings. The sound is good, but not the best in terms of sound effects. Sometimes you can’t hear the footsteps of nearby enemies, possibly due to the treble. The volume on them is not as loud, and the headset feels cheap and plasticky. They are very comfortable though. They are not worth $100, but at a price of $70-$80, they seem fair. The surround sound is decent, but the bass is lacking. Compared to the Razer Barracuda X, the Barracuda X might be slightly better because the headset and ear pads feel more durable and comfortable.. The Barracuda X has several advantages, it is louder with better bass and more comfortable. It also has a lot of customizable options on the app and is compatible with more smart devices like phones, Xbox, and PS4-5. I would give the Barracuda X a four-star rating. Plus yoir ears dont fet hot and sweaty after 1 hoir of use. It would be five stars if at times the sound didn’t get a bit distorted, like when a bass is causing vibrations, but that can be adjusted by lowering the low frequencies. As for the Hyper X, I would give it three stars if the ear pads weren’t as hot and if the sound effects were better. They are lightweight but feel cheap.

Ok, for a while. – It worked ok for two years. Suddenly, now, it’s not charging. when I plug it into the usb port on two computers, I get an error that the port is surging and wanting too much power

Hyper X headset review – I’ve been through a lot of head sets, and this set is up there with the best, and seems like they will last a long time.

  13. MichaelW (verified owner) –

Solid headset – Great headset, the beeping when you put the mic up or down is a bit annoying. And the interface with my laptop is a bit weird but that’s a compatibility issue not the actual headset’s problem.

  14. Vermicelli (verified owner) –

My review – I’ve has them for two years and they work amazing. I really love this headset.

  15. HOWARDH (verified owner) –

Great value – Comfortable, light, well built all for great price. Hyper X knocked it right out of the park

Amazing product – I’ve been using the HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 Wireless Gaming Headset for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades I’ve made for gaming in a long time. Right out of the box, it feels lightweight but still solid not cheap or flimsy like some other headsets in this price range. The comfort is probably the first thing I noticed. The ear cups are soft and breathable, and even after long gaming sessions, I don’t get that annoying pressure or heat buildup that I’ve had with other headsets. The adjustable headband also sits nicely without squeezing too tight, which makes a huge difference for extended use.Sound quality is where this headset really surprised me. The audio is clear, balanced, and immersive. In games, I can easily pick up footsteps, direction changes, and subtle background sounds that actually help in competitive play. It doesn’t feel overly bass heavy or muddy, which a lot of cheaper gaming headsets tend to do. Instead, everything feels clean and well separated, so explosions still hit hard without drowning out important detail sounds. The wireless connection is another big win. It connects quickly, stays stable, and I haven’t noticed any lag or random dropouts while playing. That alone makes gaming way more relaxing because I’m not dealing with wires getting in the way or worrying about disconnects mid match. The battery life is also solid I can get multiple long sessions out of it before needing to recharge, which is exactly what you want from a wireless headset.
The microphone is clear and reliable too. My friends can hear me without me having to repeat myself, and my voice doesn’t sound muffled or robotic. It’s not a studio level mic, but for gaming and party chat, it does the job really well. The flip-to mute feature is simple but super useful, especially when I need to quickly mute without fumbling through settings.Overall, the HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 Wireless feels like a headset that punches above its price. It’s comfortable, reliable, and delivers clean, immersive sound without overcomplicating anything. For anyone looking for a solid wireless gaming headset that just works and feels good to use every day, this is easily a five star experience.

  17. KYLEG (verified owner) –

Great for the Price – Not bad for what you’re paying for. My only gripe is the battery life. It seems like it dies way too fast. Also, the headset isn’t compatible with the HyperX app. Outside of that, the price alone is worth it.

  18. HAIDENN (verified owner) –

The connectivity is absolutely amazing. I would recommend these if you like walking around your house AND talking to your friends.

  19. Hector (verified owner) –

Gaming headphones – Excellent headphones good quality i recommend sound really good, battery life , and comfort

  20. DUSTYC (verified owner) –

Great Budget Headset – Comfort isn’t the greatest for long gaming sessions but at msrp the sound quality and mic are very good.
