  1. MANI (verified owner) –

Scroll wheel broke within 8 months of normal usage, would not purchase again

  2. REXM (verified owner) –

Simple and perfect size – Good size for my hand. Performance works just fine.

  3. LIAMR (verified owner) –

Vety Comfortable and well positioned buttons – I havent had to charge it in my 2 months of owning it, it fits comfortably in my hand, and the buttons are convenient

  4. PHILIPY (verified owner) –

Very satisfied – fits my hand comfortably, and does what it’s supposed to do. Battery life has been very good so far. Would recommend.

  5. RalphO (verified owner) –

Roller Stopped Working – Was great at first. Used it for work and it was running smooth. Until the roller stopped working. Would have given it a 5 if it wasn’t for that.

  6. KarlaP (verified owner) –

3 mos and its broken – I like the ergonomic shape and the battery life seems decent but I bought theirs in May and the scroll wheel broke already in August. Less than 3 months old and I can’t use it.

  7. Bsmith (verified owner) –

Great – Was looking for a new mouse for my wrist and came across this one very comfortable and unique.

  8. SYDNEYL (verified owner) –

its fine – not as comfortable as other ergo devices and button on top is easy to accidentally hit.

  9. JIMMYB (verified owner) –

Mouse – Love the JLab ergo mouse. Works great, battery life is topnotch

  10. JOSHM (verified owner) –

Perfect for those with huge hands – Ive had trouble with the regular mouse hurting my hands because of how small they are. These are wonderful and it feels like its made for those with bigger hands. If you feel like typical mouse is small for you, this is perfect and comfortable.

  11. CODYD (verified owner) –

Wife loves it so I love it. Comfy for all day use.

  12. DANIELM (verified owner) –

Great ergonomic mouse – I purchased the JLab JBuds Ergonomic Wireless Mouse on August 19 and have used it daily for several hours at a time for spreadsheets, coding, and web browsing. As of September 25, I still haven’t had to charge it—and I never turn it off. The battery life has been amazing so far.

The ergonomic design is comfortable because it keeps me from twisting my hand the way I would with a traditional mouse. I’ve used trackballs for years, especially because I work across large and multiple screens, but this mouse has been a great alternative. It feels responsive and accurate, even with mouse acceleration turned up to help navigate a large amount of screen space without requiring excessive physical movement.

I’m running Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon 64-bit and had no compatibility issues. I used the USB receiver and did not need to install any additional drivers. I haven’t tested the Bluetooth connection, and I may be missing some software-related features available on Windows or Mac, but I don’t think I would use those features anyway.

The buttons are pleasantly quiet. The scroll wheel works well for my needs and has a noticeable stepped feel as it turns, similar to a stepper motor. It does not make a clicking sound, but you can feel each increment. Some people may prefer a completely smooth wheel, while others may appreciate the precision.

It took me a short time to adjust to the different shape and hand position, but the transition was easy. I’ve used many types of regular mice and trackballs over the years, so I’m familiar with adapting to different pointing devices. After the adjustment period, I found the ergonomic design comfortable for extended daily use.

Overall, this has been an excellent mouse for productivity and long hours of everyday use. I don’t use it for gaming, but for spreadsheets, coding, browsing, and working across multiple monitors, it has performed very well. Five stars for what it is.

  13. RRaj (verified owner) –

Good product – The mouse is good. The buttons are soft touch and holding it for longer periods of time does not pain your wrists. Would recommend to anyone who works for longer period of time on computers

  14. DAVID (verified owner) –

Ergonomic – I have bad wrist pain with normal mouse but with this I don’t feel my hands go numb

  15. Jazzer2007 (verified owner) –

Frequent Disconnects – After using this mouse for about a month, it would frequently disconnect (stop working) and I would have to turn it off and back on, or pull the dongle and plug it back in, or sometimes both. I submitted a support ticket, and JLabs originally wanted me to mail them the broken mouse (at my expense), they would evaluate it and if they deemed it defective they would send a replacement. I replied that since I would have to purchase another one to use, since I couldn’t wait weeks for a new/repaired mouse, I would just go with another brand. They agreed to send me a new mouse, and didn’t even ask me to return the old one, that’s a PLUS on their side, but initial support was laughable. After receiving the new mouse, it worked fine for a few months then started having the exact same issues. I had also begun to have issues with the JLabs keyboard I had purchased at the same time as the original, so I decided to replace both of them with a Logitech version. See my review of the Logitech MX S combo, I wish its battery life was as good as JLabs devices. I guess everyone is making products as cheap as they can get away with these days.

  16. Bolen (verified owner) –

My New Favorite Thing – My engineer recommended that I get an ergonomic mouse. I was skeptical, but honesty it’s become one of my favorite office accessories.

  17. VASANTHA (verified owner) –

Good mouse for everyday use – I have an engineering job where am looking through documents, clicking a lot and zooming in and out a lot.. My main concern was I wanted the clicks to be as sensitive as possible. Which this is the most sensitive mouse I’ve used so far – I have had flat logitech and thinkpad mouses before. Also, I think have had this mouse for 3 weeks now and I havent had to charge it yet.

  18. WilliamP (verified owner) –

Excellent mouse – I love how this mouse keeps my hand in a natural form to use over traditional mouse and keeps my wrist from becoming sore over long hours

  19. PaulM (verified owner) –

The Mother of all Mice…. – What a beast! Ergonomic, lightning fast tracking speed/sensitivity, and wrapped in a sleek design.

  20. EZEKIELF (verified owner) –

Nearly the same as the mx master.. – Great value vs. the Logitech Mx master series.
Feels a bit cheap, but half off at that time, more than worth it! Should be worth around 30 than 60. It’s due to how cheap it feels. It’s rather comfortable though.
