Damaged Screen and Reused Packaging – Avoid – I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. The monitor arrived in a damaged box, and the screen itself was also damaged. Inside the box, I found packing addresses labels for three other people, which made it very clear this item had been repackaged and had not come directly from a factory/store. The cables were loose and not properly packed.
This is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new. I returned it immediately. Very disappointed with the experience, especially as I usually trust Best Buy. Best Buy associates were very helpful when I returned it.

A perfect monitor – The screen is gorgeous, I was worried 4K wouldn’t be enough over 32″ inches but it definitely was. The 140 ThunderBolt 4 charging is a game changer for me, reduced so much clutter on my desk and can comfortably power my HP workstation laptop that is very fussy about power.
