Broke in 6 months and Best Buy did nothing. – This was a good printer while it lasted. It no longer functions after 6 months. Best Buy says I need to reach out to manufacturer and when I reached out to them they say they only warranty when it’s purchased from their website. So I am just out of luck with this expensive purchase. I will never buy from Best Buy again.

It’s good, but long term… – With Anker dropping out of the game, it’s concerning to use their products at the moment. I had multiple issues with this with clogged extruders and weird filament problems. The AI part is…useless. I thought I turned it on, but I would come back to a really bad print.

Fast 3D Printer with great quality – Setting up the printer is relativity easy. It comes with a manual that has a step by step guide. After the software install, choose your file for printing and let it go. Forget that it’s printing since it is so quiet. Would recommend this as a 1st printer on how easy it is to setup and go. Prints do come out with some PLA that will need to be cut off.
