   Adobe Creative Cloud rocks! – Adobe Creative Cloud is a great package and I am so glad that I was able to get it at Best Buy at an excellent price!

   Stays up to date – So far it seems to work like it should. I purchased this at a discounted price because the suite of software is pretty expensive for an individual person to buy at the regular price. I miss the days where you could buy what you needed as a one time purchase, but I can also understand that by having a monthly or yearly subscription allows the software to updated far more regularly than a one time purchase. So far Adobe seems to be doing a good job of integrating AI into their software, and that has come in handy a few times already in Photoshop.

   Works great no issues on renewing – No issues on renewing Adobe CC with existing CC from last year. Super easy, just double click the email Install Now button and logged in to Adobe account and entered the key code. Great for the professional who been using Adobe for work.

    For the design professional only – The Creative Cloud is a great product for someone needing industry standard design tools. I was able to add this to my purchase with a special promotion at the time, so it made perfect sense for my needs.

    Shockingly disappointing – This purchase has been a nightmare! I bought this card to renew my adobe subscription. Seemed like a great deal on Black Friday. Added it to my account I got an email saying 365 days were added to my cc subscription, but in my account details, it still showed that my subscription would be expiring in a couple of days. Then on the renewal date, adobe attempted to charge $800 to renew for the year, and they kept trying for several days. Contacted customer support to see if they could fix the glitch causing the attempted charges. I still had access to cc when I contacted them, she told me she would need to cancel my subscription, and I could then enter the code and it would work. Asked her to stay on the chat with me while I tried this bc i told her I already entered the license code, so isn’t it invalid now, and she ended the chat. I entered the code, was told it was invalid, lost access to cc immediately. Contacted support again, was given a 14 day trial, told the new code would be received in 5-7 days. Didn’t receive code before trial end, got 7 day extension, still no code offer 21 days. They said I should pay the monthly cost ($69.99) and when I get the new code they would refund. I can’t even get what I have already paid for!! And they expect me to believe they will issue a refund without problems?? They attempted to extend the trial again, but got error code on their end, so they gave me a 30 day trial on a new account, promised to give me a code for my year within that time. I have over 90 gb of files and projects stored in my original account! Those files are needed for current projects and take FOREVER to download them from them. And they only store the files for 30 days after a subscription gets cancelled. Not to mention my behance account, I would have to start from scratch to use that. And I had all my preferences and workspaces set up the way I needed them, and it’s SUPER inconvenient to have to go through all the apps to edit the preferences, and the workspaces take extra time when starting a new file, bc nothing is where I had it before! Adobe support has been HORRIBLE!! I’m so beyond disappointed with this experience, I cannot adequately convey how much time I’ve lost and how much anxiety I’ve been having constantly for the past 7 weeks, dealing with their mistake! It’s mind blowing to me that a company the size of adobe could drop the ball this badly. I’ve invested so much time into learning illustrator, photoshop and premiere, that the last thing I want to do is have to learn another platform. As of now, this issue has still not been resolved and it’s been over a month.
