Excellent printer with amazing print quality – I’ve been using the Bambu Lab X2D for different projects and honestly I’m really happy with it. I’ve printed everything from simple functional parts to bigger models and detailed pieces, and the quality has been really good.
One of the things I like the most is how easy it is to start printing. You can basically load your filament, slice the model in Bambu Studio and start. But at the same time, if you want to learn more and play with temperatures, speeds, supports, flow calibration and other settings, there are a lot of options to customize everything.
The speed is also really impressive. I can print pretty fast and still get very good quality. Of course, depending on the model, sometimes I slow things down or change some settings to get a better finish, but overall it saves a lot of time compared to what I expected from 3D printing.
The AMS is probably one of my favorite parts. Being able to keep multiple filaments ready and use different colors or materials makes everything much easier. Multicolor prints are a lot of fun, and I also like being able to use different materials for supports and other projects.
I’ve also been experimenting with different filaments, nozzle sizes and profiles, and the printer makes that process pretty easy. Bambu Studio can look a little overwhelming at first because there are a lot of settings, but after using it for a while you start understanding everything pretty quickly.
It’s not a perfect machine and there is definitely still a lot to learn if you want to get the absolute best results, especially with more complicated prints, but that is also part of what I enjoy about it.
Overall, I’m very happy with my X2D. It’s fast, the print quality is great, the AMS gives you a lot of possibilities, and it can be very easy to use while still giving you plenty of room to experiment and learn. I would definitely recommend it.

Really reliable and easy to use – This is a really easy to use printer, like surprisingly easy. Straight out of the box it’s so straightforward and the instructions tell you exactly how to set it up and get running. I was able to start using it within an hour of setup and it’s been running for almost two straight now printing, it’s a beast. It’s also my first printer so I can’t compare it to anything else, but ease of use is a 10. I love that I can send a project over to it by phone or on my computer straight out of blender. It’s simple to clean, and load. No complaints. For someone who doesn’t want to tinker with the mechanics of the printer itself and just start creating this is a really powerful tool, and the quality of the tiny details is pretty crazy I was very surprised.

great out of the box – printer worked amazing right out of the box with minimal setup. i also have an Elegoo Centauri Carbon for comparison. any failed prints were due to user error. My Second X2D and worth it – This is my second 3D printer, so I already had some experience with 3D printing before purchasing the Bambu Lab X2D AMS Combo. So far, I’ve been really impressed with the machine and what it’s capable of doing.
The print quality is excellent, and having the ability to print in multiple colors is a huge plus. I enjoy experimenting with different designs, adjusting settings, and seeing what I can create. Bambu Studio gives you plenty of control over your projects, although some of the settings take a little time to figure out.
Like any 3D printer, it isn’t completely problem-free. I’ve had to troubleshoot a few things, including nozzle settings, bed adhesion, and getting certain prints to slice correctly. But that’s part of 3D printing, and I appreciate having a machine with so many capabilities.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Whether you’re printing as a hobby or planning to make items to sell, this printer has a lot to offer. I’m looking forward to seeing what else I can create with it.
