Affordable and Dependable, but Short Battery Life – This bundle is good overall. The battery life is on the shorter side — I usually need to replace the batteries after about three months of use, which is noticeably less than what I get from L‑brand products. Still, the low price makes it appealing, and despite the battery issue, the set has been reliable.
I also like the cap and num lock light, which most other brands have eliminated.

Duplicating keys – The keyboard stopped working as normal within 19 days. The connection seems to fail and key strokes get duplicated at random.
Best Buy store in Dunwoody GA refused to return it or give me a replacement, because apparently 19 days is a normal amount of time for a keyboard to work. Manager called me a crybaby because I thought it was unreasonable to expect something to fail within 19 days that should last decades, or for someone to figure out it is the keyboard that is malfunctioning, not the person just getting used to a new keyboard.

Not for me – First time using a wireless keyboard and found it kinda frustrating. The back button seemed to work every 3rd time and the others keys worked but seemed delayed. Went next door to a store below and got a wired basic keyboard for 5 bucks. Worked much better, maybe because it was wired but the keys also felt better when typing. Just needed a basic full size keyboard to go with my laptop, but this was not the right choice for me this time. Mouse was large and not comfortable, but I also have small hands so I used my old mouse instead.

Horrible Experience with this device – This keyboard and mouse disconnected not even 9 months into use. I tried to call essentials and was directed to call Best Buy, I did this to but was not helpful. They wanted me to go into a store, but the device was only $20 my time and energy spent trying to get this resolved as surpassed the cost. I’ve given up on this product and accept that it’s simply a bad product. Will not buy again and 100% advise against it.

Disappointing Performance — Regret Purchasing – I purchased this wireless keyboard and mouse bundle expecting a simple, reliable setup, but unfortunately, both devices fell short of even my basic expectations.
The keyboard was particularly frustrating. Keystrokes were hit or miss in terms of responsiveness, making typing inconsistent and irritating. The mouse wasn’t much better, exhibiting noticeable latency that made everyday use less enjoyable.
Ultimately, I replaced the keyboard with a wired model and switched back to an older mouse I already owned. Both replacements have been preferable to this bundle.
I still have the keyboard and mouse tucked away in a closet as emergency backups, but otherwise, they’re simply collecting dust.
I understand this is an inexpensive product, and I wasn’t expecting premium performance. However, even budget peripherals should perform their basic functions reliably.
Unfortunately, I regret this purchase and cannot recommend this bundle based on my experience.
