More of the Same – Gears of War is a fun series, but it’s getting a little stale. But the time this version came out I was kinda over it. Ended up selling my XBOX after playing this.

I think there are more enjoyable and engaging games out there.

Throwback – The start of the series, you can see the faults with the original nowadays. But this is still a very good game, and sets up the whole series really well.

Great game – A little repetitive, but who looks phenomenal on the Xbox One X platforms, a 4K TV and or 4K upscaling is a must.

Solid remaster – The characters and enemies look really good in this current remaster of an epic and classic adventure that sci-fi fans fell in love with in the early 2000’s. The gameplay is fun and the story is addicting!
