TONER is out 3 WEEKS? – Hi, I received this item on September 22, 2026, and the toner cartridge is already out? I have only printed on 1 ream of paper. 2ndly, to print on both sides of the paper, you have to take the prints out flip them, and then reinsert. This printer is ridiculous!

Product was misleading – Product advertised as open boxed. Product description mentions the laser cartridge is included, and it was, dry as a bone and first used over two years ago which is when the cartridge went dry and the original purchaser returned it. This prior transaction triggered the start of the warranty and I received the item with an expired warranty. Unaware and unable received to register or use the product. I just ordered a laser cartridge for the printer from best buy online account and it did not arrive on time and is in the hands of an unfamiliar delivery service I cannot contact. Best Buy has proven to be an ongoing disappointment for me so beware if you purchase for delivery online

Solid quality printer and scanner. – Easy to use, solid quality and overall performance. No issues with Apple AirPlay, though needs the HP app setup to use wireless properly. Big issue for me is how long Apple Mac OS will stay compatible with HP software for this model. For now, this printer is worth considering especially on sale.

Absolutely horrendous experience – The first time I placed the order, they sent me a completely wrong product. I ordered a printer and found a wireless keyboard at my door. Then I called them, I was told to drive to Best Buy, which was 7 miles away to do the return physically. They accepted the mistake but for only OK with me going back home and placing the order again. They weren’t willing to give me the product at the store. I placed the order again. This time the box arrived with no power cable. When I call customer support, they told me to drive back 7 miles to the Best Buy store to return the product because there was no way for them to replace just the power cable and they wanted me to place the order a third time.
So you tell me how my experience was.
I’m now stuck at home with a printer with no power cord because I am tired of driving back-and-forth between Best Buy and my house.
