Very fast – All of my HDDs and SATA SSDs are using these cables and my hard drives jumped from read speeds at 130mb s to 165mb s all the way to 320mb s plus on the same drive. Thats just a HDD. My sata ssds are reading at 550mb s plus as well.

Cheap fix that solved my hard drive problem – I was having issues with my hard drive and initially thought something more serious was going on. After troubleshooting, I realized the problem was actually the SATA cable. I picked this one up hoping for a quick fix, and that’s exactly what it was.
Installation was incredibly easy, the connections fit securely, and my hard drive was working properly again right away. For something so inexpensive, it saved me a lot of frustration and potentially a much more expensive repair.
