Broken – When we tried to sync the controller to the Xbox it would not turn on.

Great Color – I don’t put a whole lot of trust in “Geek Squad Certified Refurbished” so I’d pay a couple dollars more and get the retail version.

Broken buttons – Christmas gift for my daughter. Select button doesn’t work. Disappointed, as this was the first refurbished controller I attempted to purchase.

Really nice controller, great price on refurb. – My theory is, if the cost of a refurbished product plus the cost of Geek Squad protection is less than the cost of a new one, that’s a win!
The controller is really cool-looking, works great with Bluetooth and the kids love it.

First time buying refurbished – This is the first time I buy refurbished and it will probably be the last time. After a few weeks the some the buttons stopped working.

Good controller – No stuck buttons and has held up fairly well, would buy again

Do not buy refurbished – Did not realize it was refurbished until it came (my fault not theirs) however the buttons were stuck, I had to take apart what I could to unstick them. The controller has almost a delay when using

Nice – Went to the store in UNION, NJ but they sold our already. So the guy helped us order it for me. When I got it, it has scratches, found out it was a refurb. He said it was a brand new. Anyway this controllee has a nice grip. Worth the money. I recommend this.

Works great – Can’t go wrong with Best Buy refurbished items. Can’t tell it’s been used. Works and looks like a new item

Great controller for the price – We bought this controller so that the entire family can play certain games together. Works great and color is cool.

Works fine and nice color. Good grip in your hand but it didn’t come with the vbucks

Alright for refurbished. The thumbstick chipped away a bit after a few weeks and the pause button started to stick within the year

Bad biy – I had to return the refurbished one. It would not stay connected to my Xbox.

Xbox remote – Something is rattling inside but still works most of the time. Except when piece gets stuck in buttons.
