Why did I waste money on off brand controllers… – If you are debating whether to buy this because of the price, do it. I have to say this controller is picking quality over quanity. I dont know the specs but I play for a few hours daily and it held a charge for almost a week. It has a nice fit in your hands too, and the button have that classic mechanical feel that isnt too overwhelming. All and all, super happy I pulled the trigger to buy this controller. (If it matters I play everything from first person shooters, wierdly been on a fortnite kick, mario, zelda and everything in between. The only games I cannot speak for are fighting outside of smash brothers) Hope this helped and I hope you pull the trigger on this controller (the trigger layout is nice also) too because I highly doubt you will regret it.

Upgrade from a Switch 1 Pro Controller – Better feel, weight, build quality, thumbsticks feel improved. But most of all you can wake up the console (Switch 2), whereas a Switch 1 Pro controller will not.

Hand down best controller Nintendo has ever made. – It’s pricey but it feels great in the hand, and back paddles are super easy to configure on a per-game basis compared to any other controller for any platform. Highly recommend for anyone playing a lot of Switch 2 docked or on kickstand. No stick drift after about a year of irregular play, so only time will tell.

A near perfect execution of comfort and quality. – There are a few things you want in a controller, and this nearly has all of them. hear is whet you need to know.
Pros:
-Comfortable, fits well in most peoples hands.
-Responsive, you feel like your getting a one to one experience onscreen.
-Build quality, it feels like a well crafted piece of hardware.
Cons:
-Tactile issue, the controller feels slippery at times, meaning it can fall out of your hands quite easily.
-Battery issue, while not a “problem” so to speak, the battery is notably shorter than the original controller for the Switch one.
-Price, the controller is quite expensive, so take that into account and maybe look for a similar off brand model that may replicate the design.
Verdict: I highly recommend this controller if you are set on having a Nintendo branded product. To resolve the issue of the controller slipping while in use, I recommend purchasing a grip cover to aid in stability. This, of course, will raise the price though.

LOVE this thing – I wanted a better controller for a game I just purchased. Initially I tried another one, that was fine until I learned I could only program the extra buttons on the bottom by plugging it into a PC. Really? Returned it within 10 minutes of getting it home, verified this one could have the buttons mapped inside the Switch 2 GUI even while playing a game.
Excellent controller. Battery life has been AMAZING, and the extra buttons on the bottom for me are just about a requirement now after having had them so long on Xbox, PS, and my PC.
Very comfortable in my hand, buttons are responsive and sticks are accurate and no drift so far.

Unmatched smoothness and feel – The reviews are true, this controller feels amazing. However, what I didn’t realize until I bought it was that the inputs are the selling point, not exactly the ergonomics of the controller. So yes, buttons feel tactile but also muted at the same time so you don’t get that clicky, clacky sound. Thumbsticks are to die for, increadibly smooth! But ultimately I returned my unit. Why? Because the controller itself still feels small in my hands and for the price, I couldn’t justify the lack of comfort for an array of smooth controls. Still a great buy if you can justify the pro controller cost, but for me personally, it just didn’t work with my hand size.

Comfortable grip – The pro controller is definitely better for things like fornight for me it gives me much better aim procession the with the joycons. It has good weight and feels sturdy not cheap and too light. Its durable enough, been dropped multiple times from bed height, been used for over a year and the plastic on the buttons remains. Definitely the way fo go for certain games needing more aiming.

Excellent Feel – This controller feels great, soft and premium. Feels much better in the hands than the Switch 1 pro controller – not that it was bad, this is just better and worth it in my opinion. Also the raised + and – buttons are a very welcomed upgrade. Only downside is that it seems like it doesn’t last as long as the Switch 1 pro controller, but it’s not that big of a deal.
