Decent sdd for moderate use. Using it for a laptop as the boot drive that has very little work load. Ideal for that kind of use.

Upgrading the laptop from a HDD. – My Mom’s Laptop’s HDD has been very slow for her and Attempting to upgrade to windows 10 can cause major slowdowns. upgrading to this SSD Will eliminate the slow of it and works pretty well (Did have one before since oct 2019).

Good value, especially for the price – Sometime you want to breathe new life into an old computer and you don’t want to spend a lot of money doing it. That’s where these PNY SSDs come in. Although I don’t expect them to have the same reliability as the much more expensive S*****g, I’m willing to risk my simple web browsing to these. Also, they’re an American company, according to Wikipedia.
I’m going to give this product an overall 5 stars because of their low cost, and also I’ve used several and they’ve never failed me.

PNY CS900 – This drive causes crashes in my Proxmox cluster. I know that Proxmox recommends Enterprise quality SSD’s, but have been using Samsung consumer SSD’s without any problems. Also the SMART data is missing some parameters that I see in other consumer level SSD’s.

Great drive, better company – Drive is just what i needed for upgrading an old laptop of mine. BestBuy had the best price out of any retailers I could find with the product. First drive was shipped to me but lost when the FedEx driver delivered it to a different house down the highway somewhere. Called BestBuy costumer service after google recommended doing so. Talked with a very nice lady about the situation and next thing I know they sent me a replacement part, no real questions asked. Was more than happy with the outcome, especially with storage drives being as expensive as they are. They could’ve just told me better luck next time, however they made it instantly right. I have highly recommended to some of my family/coworkers to start using BestBuy. I have bought multiple other items since then, all without a hitch, and will continue to get my parts for the PC I’m building through them.
