Straps no longer attach – I purchased this exactly 3 weeks ago for my grandson’s birthday and the straps have come apart from the plastic piece he holds. The return policy with Bestbuy is 2 weeks and the 1 year warranty is with Meta. There is no phone number for Meta and the Meta chat agent told me to go to Bestbuy and Bestbuy website says to contact the manufacturer. I guess

Meta quest hand controller straps – I have found that these are a little difficult to get strapped on.And fit properly for my hands. I can see the good purpose in them.So that you don’t accidentally throw the controller, but I honestly have not really been able to use them

Must have upgrade – These are so much more comfortable and secure than the wrist staps the controllers come with.
They are easier to put on and take off. They allow better finger tracking since you can let go with all 5 fingers and not have the controller drop and flop around on the wrist strap.
The price made me hesitate to buy them but I am sure glad I did.
