Mic Stopped Working – I have had this less than a year and one of the mic has stopped working so my caller cannot hear me. I have done all the troubleshooting and resetting and it still doesn’t work. But they are very comfortable and I can wear them all day. The sound quality is good enough for me also. I really would purchase them again.
