Universal charger – When I called I was told there would be a direct replacement available, the universal is not exactly the correct power but only lags when high demand. I wish the adapters were on a loop so they are all together. Overall it filled in nicely.

One Charger for New and Old Devices – USB-C charges my phone and laptop fast. 100W is enough that the laptop actually gains battery while I use it. The cable is long, which I like. The extra tips are what sold me. I’ve used them on older Dell/HP-style laptops without hunting for the original charger.
It works, stays reasonably cool, and feels more solid than cheap replacements. It’s not tiny, and the old-style tips max out a bit under 100W. If you only charge USB-C, a smaller brick is enough. If you’ve got mixed devices, this is worth it. I’d buy it again.

The product did not work for me – This charger’s plug set had one plug that was supposed to be compatible with my ASUS Laptop. But that plug was a mechanical misfit. So, the charger was useless for me, and I had to return it to BestBuy.

Life saver for computer usage – I really like this product! I was traveling and forgot to pack my computer cord, so I went to Best Buy to buy one and the only thing available was this – so I gave it a try! It was great and saved me $, as well as now I have one with the capability to be used on other computers etc because of the many attachments that came with it!
